Faulty or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product to arrange a return or exchange. We will require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, and may ask for photographs of the faulty product. We will either provide a replacement product or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, including intimate apparel and personal massagers.
This includes returns for change of mind.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will require proof of purchase and may ask for photographs of the product. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in a saleable condition, we will ship the replacement product to you.
